Cancellation Policy

At ProFormula Detailing, we value our customers and aim to provide high-quality mobile services. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below: 1. Cancellations - Service Appointments: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are free of charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% refund. - Monthly Plans / Subscriptions: Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the renewal date. 2. Refunds - One-Time Services: Refunds may be issued if the service was not provided as agreed, or if the issue remains unresolved after our team has attempted to correct it. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the service date. Subscriptions / Plans: Refunds are not typically offered for partially used subscription periods. In cases of service disruptions or failure on our part, a pro-rated refund or service credit may be provided. 3. Exceptions Refunds or cancellations may not be provided in the following cases: Misuse, damage, or unauthorized modifications by the customer. Failure to provide accurate information that impacts service delivery. Services already fully rendered. 4.
